Return Policy

For stock designs (that that are not personalized or customized) you may return your iPhone case for a refund at any point during the first 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Just ship it back to us with your full name and email address included and a note asking for a refund. We will refund your account at that point.

For custom and personalized designs, you may return your case or cases at any point in the first 30 days if we have made an error in printing your case. Please email our customer service at info@VictoryStore.com or call us at 866-241-2295. We will discuss the error and if it is a mistake, a refund or reprint will be offered.
